Head Bars

Head bars, also known as headed reinforcement bars, are a type of reinforcement used in concrete construction. They serve as an alternative to traditional hooked bars and long development lengths, providing several benefits in terms of structural integrity, ease of installation, and overall construction efficiency.

Head Bars will assist in reducing the total rebar tonnage, saving construction time and producing a well compacted quality concrete.

Laser Scanning

3D Laser Scanning is a cutting-edge technology that captures precise data to streamline project workflows and enhance management. By generating detailed 3D point clouds, laser scanning enables the creation of geo-referenced structural as-built Building Information Models (BIM). These models provide an accurate digital representation of physical structures, facilitating better planning, design, and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle. The high-resolution data collected through laser scanning ensures that every detail is accurately documented, reducing errors and improving overall project efficiency.

Ground Penetrating Radar

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology is employed for utility mapping to detect and map subsurface features with high precision. Utilizing multi-channel GPR, it can achieve an accuracy of approximately +/- 200mm, significantly enhancing the reliability of the data collected. While GPR does not completely eliminate the necessity for trial holes, it effectively reduces their total number, thereby streamlining the excavation process and minimizing disruption. This advanced method allows for more efficient planning and execution of subsurface investigations, ensuring that utilities are accurately located and mapped before any ground disturbance occurs.
